There have been a number of occasions when a bespoke illustration is the only thing that will work for a client, whether that's The Children's Society, Camp America or a local youth group. Usually these mini-masterpieces are hand drawn and then re-drawn as a vector graphic, allowing them to be scaled to any size without loss of clarity and tweaked instead of completely redrawn. The great thing is - no-one else in the World will have the same thing as you!
The collation, editing, copy-writing, design, photography, layout, proofing and production of a brochure is no easy matter - yet it is a challenge that we relish! Here at Dragonfly we've produced upwards of 50 brochures from concept to delivery. They've encompassed college prospectuses full of chatty text, interviews and photos, short, snappy sales brochures to catch event visitors eyes and product-led catalogues delivered in their thousands along with order forms.
This multi-channel campaign used a custom built mini-website as its hub with press and radio ads, press releases, direct mail and events all driving traffic towards it. Aimed at informing potential students of the choice of courses on offer and getting them to enrol this three month campaign resulted in an audience reach of 1.75m and a 90% enrolment on all courses.
Despite the immediacy and comparative economy of online communications direct mail remains hugely popular due to its tactile nature and the excitement that a delivery of 'lumpy mail' evokes. Our experience of direct mail creation has taken in potion bottles containing frogs and secret government memos for a fiction booklist promotion, through branded t-shirts, USB sticks and magnets, to tea-bags and biscuits for long-suffering secretaries! We've even been known to send a well-worded letter or two.
This concept of an exclusive members' club for the customers of a prestige car repairer is designed to encourage brand loyalty and to keep clients warm between repair jobs. The fulcrum of the campaign is a password-protected area of the company web-site full of hints, tips, offers and links, along with a core offer of deals for members. This ongoing campaign has featured press ads, e-shots, press releases, social media, direct mail and personalised members' cards.
Produced from scratch WTF? Included interviews and features from around the local area along with articles linked to Academy 6 courses and an advertorial for the sixth form itself. The magazine was distributed for free amongst school leavers. This was part of a campaign that resulted in the successful, viable launch of a new sixth form college from a standing start in just six months!
A fun 50s inspired design, palette and font selection informs this brand for quality coffee from the back of a cute camper van. Couple this with the strap-line 'good things happen over coffee' and you get something fun, friendly, comforting and a little bit retro - in other words, a perfect fit! So far we've developed the look for stationery, a web-site and vehicle livery, but there's more to come!
We love a good leaflet here at Dragonfly, and we aim to make all the leaflets we create at least good, if not great! Succinct copy, powerful call-to-action, eye-catching graphics and above all getting the message across quickly to an audience which is often on the move. Our leaflet experience covers magazine cover-mounts, newspaper inserts, maps for open days, money-off vouchers, feedback forms, custom-cut designs, folders, postcards, and many more!
Even in these days of recommendation-led marketing everyone needs their own identity - something that says 'this is me, here I am'. After all, just ask any primary school pupil what the golden arches mean, or an apple for that matter. Your logo is an important and integral part of your brand and something that we take seriously (even when it's a bit silly). Our designs are tailored to your market and developed in conversation with you so that you will be able to wear your logo with pride!
Effective communication with your stakeholders can be the difference between success and failure. Get the tone wrong and your staff won't listen, send the wrong message to your shareholders and they can lose faith, fail to converse with your customers and they'll talk to your competitors. From press releases to staff newsletters, from tweets to reports, we can alter our voice and change our message to make sure that you are saying the right things to the right people and getting the right results.
A cut-out and make four-leaf clover along with the real way to make your own luck - six study tips and six exam tips sent out to GCSE students just prior to their exams. A press ad featuring a die with six on every side reinforces the message and the Academy 6 brand. This was part of a campaign that resulted in the successful, viable launch of a new sixth form college, from a standing start, in just six months!
